Zero Waste Victoria is a not-for-profit organisation seeking to address the growing issues of waste, recycling and sustainability in the community. We host information stalls, educational and thought-provoking talks and workshops which inspire and empower people and organisations to reduce waste, focus on Product Stewardship and take action on related sustainability issues.

    Invitation: Be Part of the Solution for a World with Less Waste Are you passionate about reducing waste and creating a positive impact? Join us for our annual Open Meeting and AGM on the evening of Wednesday, 13 November! We’re inviting all community members who share our vision for a waste-free future to get involved. Open Meeting At our open meeting, we’ll discuss key initiatives for the coming year, including updates on our Free the Fruit campaign to reduce plastic produce bags, next year’s Zero Waste Festival, and our expanding monthly outreach program. This is an open forum for networking and idea-sharing on how we can bring our campaigns to life and strengthen our impact. Your involvement truly makes a difference—come along and be part of the solution! We’re looking for volunteers and active community members to help: *Encourage the use of reusable containers *Tackle textile waste *Support the right to repair *Shift away from overconsumption *Create a more sustainable, waste-free world! AGM Following the open meeting, our AGM will begin. All committee positions will be declared vacant, and nominations are open to members who want to join the committee. We’re looking for several general committee members, and we also have an opening for Secretary. Could this be you?
