Empower your team to thrive by fostering trust and autonomy. Micromanagement stifles creativity and hinders productivity. Thank you Brigette Hyacinth 👏 #CorporateCulture #Leadership xtend recruitment Elena Shpak Kristoffer Steven Yu
Corporate culture that needs to get canceled in 2024: * Micromanagement * Mandatory Return To Office * Glorifying Overworking * Expecting staff to be available 24/7 * Meetings that could have been an email * Unsympathetic Layoffs * Not disclosing salary ranges in job postings * Viewing Employment Gaps as red flags * More than 3 rounds of job interviews * Ghosting Candidates

“Your employees are your most valuable asset. Don't take them for granted or treat them poorly. Loyalty is a two-way street” , love this Brigette Hyacinth 👏 #EmployeeAppreciation #Loyalty #Respect xtend recruitment Elena Shpak Kristoffer Steven Yu
I INTERVIEWED an exiting employee, and here are 5 insights I would like to share with you: 1. Mental resignation happens long before. The physical resignation is the final act of a loss of hope. 2. You can’t try to appreciate someone on their way out. It is a little too late. 3. Money motivates only to a point. People rarely leave just for money. 4. Career progression is one of the biggest factors to retention. Every job plateaus. Create a career path for each employee to ensure they stay motivated. 5. Once trust is broken, it's hard to regain. Your employees are your most valuable asset. Don't take them for granted or treat them poorly. Loyalty is a two-way street.

How did you handle it? ↳ Be honest about the circumstances that led to missing the deadline, without placing blame. ↳ Highlight your communication skills to mitigate the impact. 8/ What are your greatest strengths? ↳ Talk about strengths directly related to the role you are interviewing for. ↳ Use the job description as your guide. 9/ What are your weaknesses? ↳ Choose a real weakness that is not a core skill for the role. ↳ Discuss steps you're taking to improve, showing self-awareness and growth. 10/ Give an example of when you worked with someone difficult. How did you manage the situation? ↳ Testing your EQ. ↳ Highlight the importance of communication and finding common ground to work together. 11/ Why do you want to work here? ↳ Research the company and explain what you love about it. ↳ If the company has a product, use it and give feedback. ↳ Mention why you like the job role and tie it to your past experience. 12/ Why do you want to leave your current role? ↳ Focus on what you hope to gain from the new role (e.g. challenge/learning). ↳ Don’t badmouth your last company.
