Congratulations to the 12 most recent graduates of our Construct Your Career program! 🎉 Workskil Australia are proud to offer a diverse range of pre-employment programs that equip participants with the skills and qualifications needed for success in specific industries. In partnership with Carey Training - RTO 140100 and the Department for Correctional Services, Construct Your Career is an 8 week pre-employment program that provides participants with a Certificate II in Construction and linkages to employers who are currently recruiting within the sector. Participants also completed their Mental Health First Aid certificate and are qualified Mental Health First Aiders! We had a great turnout at the graduation, with participants' families and friends joining us at the Kilkenny Community Hall SA to celebrate their achievements. Local employers also came along, providing opportunities for the participants to network and hand out their resumes. We're incredibly proud of our participants and are happy to share that majority of them have already started work or been offered work opportunities 👏👏👏 #ConstructYourCareer #Graduation #CareerDevelopment

What a day! 🏉 We had a blast at the Adelaide Crows AFLW game at Unley Oval against the Hawks. Thanks to everyone who stopped by our stand and participated in the 'Vertical Leap' challenge. With over 3,000 tickets sold, the crowd and atmosphere was electric as the AFLW Crows' brought home their 3rd consecutive win! One of our lucky Transition to Work customers, Siovhan, had the opportunity to do the coin toss kicking-off the game. We also had 15 Workskil Australia staff friends and family involved in the guard of honour, cheering the girls onto the field. It was a perfect day for football and a great opportunity to get involved in the community.
