Happier staff do go the extra mile, but are 9 day fortnights the answer? After being trialled Grant Thornton Australia are rolling them out with a requirement for flexibility especially around the customer. I found it interesting to read the CEO's comments that younger workers view this as an entitlement and not something to be earned.
