The perfect day for a #DeskBreak! Research provided by our good friends at ASICS Oceania has shown that spending just 15 minutes away from your desk exercising can have a positive impact on our mental health. So, on World Mental Health Day on 10 October - our staff took a quick break to have a walk around Mission Whitten Oval. Aside from the many benefits of getting outside and active, the team from ASICS were also on deck with plenty of great giveaways. A memorial service for Bulldogs legend John Schultz will take place at Mission Whitten Oval on Tuesday 17 September at 2.00pm. Given capacity restrictions, attendance is limited to family and friends only. Bulldogs fans are instead welcome to watch a live stream of the event on the big screen from the E.J.
