An iconic project for an iconic city. Parkline Place is Sydney’s newest landmark, a premium commercial tower rising above Gadigal Station as part of the $1.2 billion Sydney Metro Pitt Street Over Station Development. The striking new development is transforming Martin Place surroundings into a modern, sustainable precinct that brings together business, retail, and transport for the people of Sydney. Since 2019, TSA Riley has worked alongside Investa, Oxford Properties Group and Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. to bring Parkline Place to life, with project director Atena Meller leading our team. We’ve managed every stage, from planning through to delivery, ensuring the seamless integration of the transport and commercial infrastructure to create a vibrant, future-ready precinct. Offering over 55,000m² of premium-grade office and retail spaces, Parkline Place sets a new benchmark for workplaces, creating an environment that fosters productivity and wellbeing. TSA Riley’s Robyn Brigden is presenting with Bruce Crook from Architectus at this year’s Healthcare Design Conference in Indianapolis. They will speak about the Care is Care study, which TSA Riley’s Carla Edwards led last year. It brought together collaborators from across industry to look at how Australia and New Zealand could learn from global leaders in virtual care delivery. They pinpointed 5 key enablers that would help Australia and New Zealand build on the work currently underway, and scale it into national and interconnected systems. This would mean a smaller workforce, with a smaller physical footprint, able to serve growing demand, and give patients equitable access to high-quality and timely care. Read the paper now: https://lnkd.in/g4TsfiMr A shout out to our brilliant study partners: Vanessa Zakrzewski, Karen Chia, Leisa Rathborne (GAICD), Anthony Brown, Bruce Crook, Jess Bonaccorso, Peter Bodon, Stuart Turk, Tara Veldman GAICD, Todd Krieble, Tracey Ronald, Karol Petrovska, Sally Francis, Bruce Pedersen. If you’re at Healthcare Design, catch Robyn and Bruce’s presentation at 1:15pm on Tuesday 8th in Wabash Ballroom 2. #TSARiley #ConnectedIntelligence #VirtualHealth

Our Australian Managing Director, Lloyd Goves, makes plenty of decisions that help shape the future of our business. But of all the choices he's made this year, this one might be the toughest: deciding the Australian winner of the 'Managing Director's Team of the Year' for our annual People Awards. We don't envy Lloyd—sifting through a stack of nominations, each one highlighting the incredible talent and commitment of our people, and deciding which team best embodies the TSA Riley pillars of success. Thankfully, he was up to the challenge. 🏅 🏅 This year, the title goes to… our Systems Advisory Team. 🏅🏅 Congratulations to the entire team: Tariq Mahmood, Ryan Patterson, Dayaan Kareem, Richard Lai, Alex Murcutt, Stephen Anderson, Timothy A Procter, Santosh Vanam, Michael Shenker, and Ken Saxton! They’ve had a stellar year, navigating a tough market with resilience and exceptional performance. Over 4 years, they’ve built a reputation in the Australian rail sector that’s second to none, consistently delivering excellence for our clients. Tariq Mahmood sums it up perfectly: "Our deep knowledge of railway operations and capital infrastructure sets us apart. We consistently bring integrity to everything we do, treating our clients, stakeholders, and each other with respect. I'm incredibly proud of our team's individual brilliance and collective spirit. Every person has played a part in this achievement, and it's fantastic to see our hard work recognised." Since RGB Assurance joined our business, our Systems Advisory Team has gone from strength to strength. Together, they’re helping clients and communities realise the transformative power of their built assets. #TSARiley #ConnectedIntelligence #TransformativeImpact #ImpactMadeReal #SideBySide #PeopleAwards #TeamOfTheYear #TSARileyWinners #RailSectorExcellence #SystemsAdvisory

In between leading our Aotearoa business, Managing Director Gerard Krishnan is keeping a keen eye on KiwiRail's Papakura to Pukekohe electrification project. The P2P will create faster, smoother, and cleaner commutes for Tāmaki Makaurau Aucklanders. Last week, Gerard was on-site at Pukekohe Station for a significant milestone, marking the progress of the electrification project with a visit from Transport Minister Simeon Brown. As TSA Riley’s Project Director for the P2P project, Gerard and the TSA Riley team—Angus Newsam, James Kember, and Jake Death—have been supporting KiwiRail in reshaping the city’s rail network since 2020. The Minister’s visit celebrated the transition of the Pukekohe Station development from construction to testing, and the successful energisation of the 19 km Southern Line between Pukekohe and Papakura—a project KiwiRail's Chief Capital Planning and Asset Development Officer, David Gordon, called a "game changer." This new electrified line promises Pukekohe residents a more direct journey into the city centre, eliminating the need for diesel trains on the line. TSA Riley is proud to be part of the team delivering this transformative transport solution for the Tāmaki Makaurau community. 🔗 For more details on the project and the Minister’s visit to Pukekohe Station, read the full article: https://lnkd.in/g4X45RAT #TSARiley #TSARileyAotearoa #DeliverWithTR #SideBySide #KiwiRail #AucklandTransport #RailProjects #ElectricTrains
