An expanded round of the Territory Tourism Discount Scheme has kicked off today! ✈ From 1 October – 31 March 2025, discounts of up to 25% are available for eligible tourism products and experiences undertaken between 1 January to 31 March 2025 in the Top End, or 1 October 2024 to 31 March 2025 for Central Australia. To incentivise forward bookings into regional areas, we encourage Territorians to get out and explore our beautiful regions. The discount applies to eligible bookings made through Visitor Information Centres in Darwin, Katherine, Tennant Creek, Alice Springs and Yulara. The Million Dollar Fish is back for its 10th season! 🎣 Ten barramundi sporting million-dollar tags have been activated giving fishos 10 times the chance of reeling in a million dollar catch. The Million Dollar Fish attracts fishos from far and wide into the Territory’s five main fishing regions – Tiwi Islands, Darwin, Katherine, Kakadu and Arnhem Land. Darwin Street Art Festival (DSAF) takes LA! 🎨 Tourism NT has partnered with Tripadvisor and the Darwin Street Art Festival to showcase the Northern Territory along the vibrant streets of Los Angeles. NT artists, Trent Bundirrik Lee and Jason Lee are in Los Angeles collaborating with LA artist, Yanoe to create a mural along the trendy and bustling Abbot Kinney Boulevard. The mural will capture both the essence of the Top End and Red Centre and present the Territory’s unique nature, wildlife and Aboriginal culture with the aim of targeting travellers from the USA.
