🌟 A morning filled with resilience, compassion, and connection! 🌟 We were honoured to be invited to the Young Carers Week SA – Breakfast Reflection. Susan Newberry CPHR shares some of her thoughts on the day: We were deeply moved to attend the Young Carers Breakfast hosted by Carer and Community Support. The room was filled with a gentle yet powerful energy, reflecting the remarkable stories shared by those present. One such story came from Joshua Patrick, a young man from WA, whose heartfelt words about the privilege and responsibility of caring for his sister touched everyone. Hon. Nat Cook, Minister for Human Services, also shared her raw and authentic perspective, reminding us of the real-life challenges carers face every day. What an incredible night at the Catherine House Inc Gala Dinner 😍 We were honoured to be a sponsor for this night, promoting the New Generation Catherine House! They are building a new homelessness shelter that will have more capacity and amenities to support women in homelessness! 💜 They need $2.5 million to secure this goal to Build Her Up and support more women by the end of 2026.
