The Utilities Commission has published its 2023 Northern Territory Electricity Outlook Report, which provides forecasts of system demand and supply adequacy over a 10-year outlook period for the Darwin-Katherine, Alice Springs and Tennant Creek power systems.

The Commission has published its 2022-23 Northern Territory Electricity Retail Review, which reports on retail market conditions and the experience of small customers in the Northern Territory’s three regulated power systems (Alice Springs, Darwin-Katherine and Tennant Creek power systems).

The Commission has released its 2023 Review of the Port Access and Pricing Regime - Final Report. The Final Report provides the Commission's recommendations to the Northern Territory Government on the need for, and form of, regulatory oversight and amendments to the port access and pricing regime and was informed by the Commission's consultation with stakeholders.
