We had a fantastic time at our team boat trip: great weather, good vibes, and of course, great company. 🌞🌊 We also had to say goodbye to our amazing Digital Innovators, Zoë van Lotringen and Gaby Ghusen. After two years of working on exciting projects here at the Talent Institute, Zoë is heading off to Barcelona to follow her dream, and Gaby is off to explore new opportunities. Our Digital Innovator Jelle Korbee has been making impressive progress with his innovation project at Pon Equipment Nederland 🌟 In just four months, Jelle has swiftly transformed and optimized a range of service-related processes. By assessing the current system, identifying key issues, and developing, piloting, and validating a new process, he has significantly enhanced service effectiveness and efficiency. Well done, Jelle! "Can you come to Munich for an ideation workshop?" Absolutely! 🚃 On Tuesday, Our Lead Digital Innovator, Emma, and Digital Innovator, Luana, traveled to Munich to lead an ideation workshop for the Terra Canis GmbH team 🐾 . After spending weeks conducting valuable customer research, it was time to brainstorm new product ideas. 💡 The day was packed with valuable insights, creative brainstorming, and engaging interaction, all ending with a well-deserved dinner with cocktails.  🤩 #TheTalentInstitute #IdeationWorkshop #InnovationProjects

WOW! Last weekend, we had our amazing summer trip at an incredible location in the Ardennes, blessed with perfect weather, and surrounded by an even more incredible group. This year's theme was "Mountain Zen," where we reconnected, recharged, and, most importantly, had a lot of fun. ☀ We jumped into exciting activities like kayaking, running, yoga, bootcamp, laser tag in the castle (how cool is that?), and tons of spikeball! 🤾♂️ We also reconnected with colleagues over BBQs, “Ranking the Stars,” cozy campfires, and found inner peace in nature (that castle.. unreal!). 🌿 It was a weekend full of connection and fun activities with a fantastic team! These trips help us strengthen bonds, boost team spirit, and return to work refreshed, ready to tackle new challenges together. 🤩 #TheTalentInstitute
