Let's talk bidding strategy. 13 registered for this 1 bed, 1 bath, 1 car, Redfern apartment. Bidding opened at 700k (perfect for me) and it sold for $837,500. A better strategy would have been to open at 800k. And don't underestimate the value of the $500 final bid. Buyers often set hard limits to bid up to.
