🏢✅ In 2021, the City of Sydney supported our request to plan for a new 36-storey grade office tower spanning 100,000 square metres of floor space.    🏗️🚧 Originally, we planned to demolish the existing 1990’s Piccadilly office tower and start afresh, but a review of world-leading #sustainability practices prompted a change of thinking.  🔄✨ Now we're exploring ways to retain the embodied structure of the existing building, to ‘#upcycle’ and save an estimated 23,000 tonnes of embodied #carbon.
