Skymax has been assisting with recovery works across the Barkly Region after the impact of Tropical Cyclone Megan which brought destructive winds, heavy rainfall and flooding to the Barkly Region in the Northern Territory, Australia. Pictured here is one our drones undertaking a bridge inspection to support a mining company with structural integrity and condition assessments to allow heavy machinery to be safely transported across the bridge for post-cyclone recovery efforts. This was witnessed and live-streamed to engineering personnel across Australia. We have also been tasked with supporting search and rescue, damage assessments of buildings, ports, wharfs and other critical infrastructure and also potential pollution assessments to assist our clients and stakeholders in their recovery efforts from this environmental disaster. #skymax #dronesforgood #cyclonemegan #inspection
