Last week Shore Hire hosted our annual awards night where the theme for the year was “We Before Me”, a value in which our people embody everyday.   While we make it a point to celebrate our team’s success internally as much as we can, we wanted to take a moment to share some of our standout award winners on the evening with our wider network.   • Peter Geelan WOW Award Winner – Aaron Watson   Aaron went above and beyond for a customer, dropping everything after a footy game on the weekend to open up the branch to look after an important customer with no complaints or issues. While this wasn’t a big deal to Aaron it was an amazing showcase of his “We Before Me” mindset.   • Luke Geelan Employee of the Year – Darren Basten   Darren has only been with Shore Hire for 18 months, but his expertise, dedication, and proactiveness have quickly made him an invaluable member of the Shore Hire team, and a huge driver of our growth in the Queensland region.   • Sales Representative of the Year – Alex Pilgrim   Even with one of the busiest regions in NSW, Alex managed to consistently write some of the most business and have some of the highest quote output in the country, all while building exceptional rapport with his customer base that shines through in every interaction.   • Branch of the Year – Sunshine Coast   Our Sunshine Coast branch, a back-to-back winner, earned Branch of the Year again for their exceptional handling of major, high-intensity projects all while maintaining a stellar culture and always being aligned to the Shore Hire values.   Congratulations to all other award winners, each contributing to Shore Hire’s amazing success last financial year and beyond.
