Thank you to everyone who joined us as we brought ECEC sector peers together for a bespoke, leadership experience in Sydney. The Care for Kids team loved connecting again with many of the sector’s leading childcare businesses, big and small. A huge thank you to our workshop presenters: Jason McCartney OAM, GM/Head of Football at the Greater Western Sydney Giants and Hiam Sakakini, Culture and Leadership Expert from The Culture Equation. Jason shared an inspirational introduction and Q&A session illustrating how to grow and sustain team success through a considered culture and consistent communication. Hiam then brought her experience from 10 years at Google leading strategic change initiatives to inspire conversation and contemplation on the critical theme of culture. The biggest takeaway: the importance of culture to support and grow ECEC teams!
