Safe and supportive workplaces can help protect mental health, while poor conditions, stigma, and harassment can undermine it. Workplaces that nurture mental health don’t just benefit employees; they foster productivity, creativity, and a sense of community that strengthens organisations and societies. At Flourish Australia, we believe building better workplaces starts with empathy and understanding. This involves ongoing training and education to destigmatise mental health issues and encourage open conversations.
