Our installation not only meets the new local government reforms requiring live streaming and recording but also enhances the functionality of the room. Key highlights of this project include: Multi-Input Vision Over IP Display System: Allows any input to be routed to any of the output displays, including desk monitors. Wireless Discussion System: Equipped with electronic voting and discussion management capabilities. Three-Camera System: Dual-purpose for live streaming and unified communications (TEAMS/Zoom), along with digital audio recording for both open and closed sessions. Integrated Control System: An intuitive interface for operators to efficiently manage council sessions.
