HR peeps; can you take a few secs to give me feedback? 🙏 We’re creating a “Employee Experience (EX) layer on Workday”. Even if you don’t use Pyn (yet 😝) – I’d appreciate feedback on its usefulness + which functionality you like best. Pls drop a comment or DM! Examples EX layer, in addition to other Pyn features (Note: Slack replaceable with Teams / Email): - Performance review in Slack - Job Req approvals in Slack - Guidance at Moments that Matter across employee journey - Job change requests or approvals in Slack - Journey Map to track where in the journey employees are - Surveys or forms send at different journey stages in Slack All are triggered automatically and/or recorded in Workday. Goal is to drastically improve companies' ability to engage with, and guide employees through, their employee journey. If you’re open to providing more feedback, I’d love to chat! 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 (𝐄𝐗) 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐧 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫? 💜 𝐄𝐗: facilitated moments throughout an employee's journey, from their first day to their last. It's about creating a work environment that nurtures individual and team work. 🥞 𝐄𝐗 𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫: where the interactions with employees happen in order to facilitate that Employee Experience 𝐃𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐝𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬? A few - and processes that are, have a poor EX. I’ve used Workday throughout my career and though I believe it’s a powerful tool, I also think the experience should be better. Others in HR agree. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐏𝐲𝐧? Pyn lets companies proactively guide employees at moments that matter, using channels they already use, like Slack, Email, Teams. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 “𝐄𝐗 𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐝𝐚𝐲” 𝐰𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 (and I’d love your feedback on)? Check out the images for examples. Which ones do you like best?

Thanks to Greer Procich, M.A., sHRBP for her thoughtful message about supporting employees after natural disasters. While these posts show up to you from Pyn the brand, they're written by me, Alexis, Head of Marketing at Pyn. I just recently returned to Asheville to help support relief efforts from Hurricane Helene, and I can tell you, what Greer says here is true. Here is one message template from our library of employee communications to help you get started if you need: https://lnkd.in/e746gQF5

(she/her) Working to Bring the Human Back to HR

I started to write a post about feedback, but had to stop. It didn’t feel right. Hurricane Milton has devastated Florida just after Helene left behind catastrophic damage. People in North Carolina are still digging out and rebuilding from the storm. Even if your employees aren’t in those regions, these events are heavy and likely on their minds today. Do they have friends or family affected? Are these disasters triggering difficult memories or emotions? Are they simply feeling overwhelmed by the sadness of it all? Chances are, someone on your team is impacted in ways you may not even realize. As a leader, how are you showing up for your team during these challenging times? How are you communicating with them, creating space, and encouraging them to prioritize their well-being? Silence isn’t an option. If you’re not sure where to start, start with resources like Pyn, who offer free templates to help you navigate these conversations with care and compassion. Lead with #empathy - you never know when you'll be the one needing support or grace in a tough situation.

Did you know you can use Pyn to help boost participation on your employee engagement survey? Balbina Knight, VP of People and Culture at Thrive Digital, has put Pyn to work for their engagement surveys. "One way that we've really been able to utilize Pyn is we set up a campaign, and ...it's not just all on HR. Or you know, other people, teams within the organization to be able to facilitate the whole employee engagement survey from end to end," says Balbina. So what have they done? Brought managers into the fold to set them up for success. "We have a couple of really critical touch points which are pre survey," explains Balbina. These touchpoints include letting the manager know about the upcoming survey, what it means for them as a manger, and what the expectations are going to be for employees. Looking at your employee journey map, says Ashley (Bartlett) Woodman, ODCP, really pushes you to think critically. "When you're looking at the whole picture, when you do it sort of one by one, it really pushes you to think like, “Do we have this? Really what is our status against this?” Versus, if you're reading those things individually, you might not think as critically about it," she explains. Want to take a one-by-one look at the important moments in your company's employee experience? Try Pyn's free Employee Journey Designer today: https://hubs.li/Q02NDxF-0
