School holidays season is kicking off in Aus. This is your friendly reminder to squeeze some of that OOO goodness (Out Of Office) As an enterprise seller, out of offices can be your best friend. Speak to marketing about banging off a mailer at a time you know most will be out. If they are not keen, just do it yourself. Few benefits from Out Of Offices: - Get direct numbers from their signatures - Get additional stakeholders - Understand who reports where (RACI) - Gives you something to mention on their return - Might help you update timelines on deals without being annoying There are other benefits of OOO with regards to cold emails (warmup, reply rate etc. but thats a different topic to what I'm touching on here)
