Did you know Pipe Tek now has a team based in Western Australia? 🔍 Over the past few months we’ve expanded our team in the state, including recruiting an experienced hydrotesting supervisor, to service pipeline infrastructure across the state. This includes our growing capabilites to service the state’s mining and resources sector, which contributed an estimated $99 billion to Australia’s economy in 2021-22. 🚨 Pipe Tek and TFG to the rescue 🚨 In collaboration with TFG Group Pty Ltd, Pipe Tek has the capabilities to mobilise and respond to emergency pipeline integrity issues across the country, fast-tracking the restoration of transmission, as well as minimising the economic impact of a disruption to operations. First, we work together on assessment and containment, which involves a thorough evaluation of the damage and immediate closure of the affected asset to prevent further leakage and environmental damage. The next step is repair and replacement, where the Pipe Tek and TFG teams focus on repairing affected sections of the pipeline and replacing any irreparably damaged components.
