The teacher shortage is a global phenomenon. But the experience of it is not universal. In the case of special education, Kimber L. ‘AI tools increasingly automate teacher work such as lesson planning, instructional differentiation, and student grading and feedback, potentially saving teachers hours of work and improving their ability to support students.
