Thread Together Thank You 💙 Thread Together have generously gifted the children and young people in our programs with boxes of amazing clothing items. Each individual received a personalised box full of stylish items 👟 In one of our programs, we had a young person wishing to explore gender expression and new ways of dressing. Through the support of Thread Together, we were able to support them to access a gender affirming wardrobe. Providing such gender affirming practical support was rewarding for the staff and young person alike, and it shows the impact that these generous acts can have. At Parkerville, we believe in allowing all children and young people to express themselves. Thank you to Woodside for another rewarding corporate volunteering day 🍃 11 amazing volunteers made the journey to the Parkerville campus for a great day of volunteering. We are specifically looking for non-perishable food, nappies and toiletries. Coles and Woolworths vouchers (or equivalent) are also welcomed.
