We’re delivering a 3.8MW solar farm and 4.8MW of grid stabilising battery storage for Mineral Resources Limited’s Ken’s Bore mine site near Onslow in WA’s West Pilbara. The solar and BESS are expected to offset around 95 terajoules of natural gas per year, cutting associated emissions by around 4,990 tonnes of carbon dioxide annually. The construction phase will be wrapping up in the next couple of months, and we expect the equipment to be fully operational in early 2025.
