Open Support has formed a new partnership with the St Vincent's Curran Foundation! It will enable both organisations to work together to secure much needed funds to support the services Open Support delivers to some of Sydney's most vulnerable. We are looking forward to working with the Curran Foundation team and supporters to ensure that Open Support's core services across: - crisis accommodation and long-term support for women and children fleeing domestic violence - community connection programs for the socially isolated and lonely; will continue to be delivered to the highest standards. About us
OPEN SUPPORT is a not-for profit, providing community services to some of our most vulnerable in society. We deliver important services to those in need and rely on the generosity of individuals and organisations to fund our programs. We are a community service of St Vincent’s Clinic under the stewardship of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and our core services are focused on: – Reducing the impact of domestic violence in the community – by providing crisis accommodation, care and support for women and families escaping domestic violence. – Reducing the impact of social isolation within the community, through providing home visits, connections, companionship and social, patient, carer and court attendee support for people feeling alone and vulnerable.
