Ogtec – Static Moving Floor Systems Moving Floor Systems are a safe, reliable, low maintenance, and efficient way of storing and conveying bulk materials. The size and function of each system can be designed and manufactured to specifically suit the application considering, material type, density, feed rate and storage volume. The moving floor drive is hydraulically driven by a hydraulic power pack and the floor planks are made from aluminum with various profiles available depending on the application. Organic's Recovery Facility   Ogtec have just completed Phase one of the design, manufacture, and installation of an Organics Recovery Facility. Working with Edge Group who supplied the De-Packaging Machine, Ogtec managed the project from concept to operation. Over the coming weeks, Phase two of the project will be installed which will provide a higher level of efficiency for processing the incoming material stream into the output streams of organics and packaging. Auckland MRF Upgrade. Ogtec are proud to have contributed to Auckland Councils drive to reduce material going to landfill, while improving material recovery and quality at the Auckland Material Recovery Facility (MRF). In collaboration with Visy, Ogtec designed and delivered the upgrade of the MRF to achieve the outcomes council was striving for. The comprehensive installation upgrade was completed over an eight-week period and included the removal of the old equipment, installing the new which consisted of screens, ballistic separators, optical sorters, conveyors, structural supports, platforms, commissioning and handover.
