Inspiring outcomes from the recent 2024 Quest Franchise Conference in Ulur̲u, where delegates had the incredible opportunity to immerse themselves in a destination that is truly different in every sense for business events.
Our promise to everyone who came to Quest’s 2024 Conference was that we would all leave a little differently. It’s why we chose the heart of Australia as our destination. It’s why we ensured the stories of Aṉangu, the Traditional Custodians of Uluṟu-Kata Tjuṯa National Park, would be shared throughout our range of incredible and immersive experiences in the desert . It’s why we carefully crafted insightful panels where industry experts discussed the future of tourism, great leaders shared their strategies, and we unveiled our visionary Business Plan initiatives that are all perfectly aligned with our purpose and vision. And it’s why we pulled out all the stops for our closing event, guaranteeing that every jaw hit the red dirt floor as guests arrived to our “QuestFest 2024” finale. We’re proud to say we delivered on our promise — guests did leave differently than they arrived. The success of our conference relied on the efforts of many. The team at Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia worked tirelessly to make this event a huge success – from the Wintjiri Wiru experience, a journey of light and sound beneath the desert night sky, to exceptional service across all our conference sessions, to turning our vision for a desert festival (#QuestFest2024) into an extraordinary reality – the Voyages team ensured no stone was left unturned. Thank you to Matt Cameron-Smith, David White, David Harper Leon Pink Holly Ballard Phill Pallas and the whole Voyages team, for helping make Quest’s 2024 Conference our best yet. Thank you also to NT Business Events for their support in bringing our annual conference to the unforgettable Outback. And thank you to the team members from Quest Corporate Office whose support and enthusiasm were a driving force. Whether working behind the scenes, assisting on the front lines or taking the stage, your dedication and innovation shone through, and we couldn't be more proud of our Questies. This partnership has seen us offset the 157 tonnes of carbon emissions generated by our conference. This equates to removing nearly 37 average-sized cars off Australian roads for one year and the reforestation project Quest has contributed to is the Strzelecki Nature Link in Victoria, home to some of the strongest koala populations in Australia. And that’s a wrap! Until next year… 📹 Shane O'Neill #QuestApartmentHotels #Quest #AscottAustralia David Mansfield GAICD
