This week, more than 100 leaders from across Australia gathered for our Engineering Construction division’s annual two-day Leadership Conference in Perth, Western Australia. This year the theme, Leading through change, focused on the team’s ability to lead a business that keeps our people safe, well and focused on delivering to our customers. The conference delivered some powerful lessons in leading with humility, and how to foster agility and resilience in the face of change. The conference brought together many long-term Monadelphous leaders, new faces and internally promoted talent, who embraced the opportunity to work with different colleagues from across Australia to build momentum on recent successes and plan for the years ahead. A big thank you to our external presenters Rabia Siddique, Cam Stevens, Robbie Figg and Martin Hassan for their enthusiastic encouragement and words of wisdom informed by their own exceptional work and life experiences.

Last night, at the CEED Office industry research and development seminar in Perth, we were proud to catch up with industry peers and learn about the amazing research projects happening right now. These projects are all about solving real-world problems and making operations run smoother.   Monadelphous has been teaming up with Jeannette, a Master of Professional Engineering (Mechanical) student from The University of Western Australia, on an awesome project to improve pipe welding using robotics. This could lead to faster welding and safer results! 👏 📸 In the photo, you’ll see our Technology and Innovation Manager, Jason Cippitelli, Senior Advisor, Bob Voss, and their super-talented mentee, Jeannette Truong!
