My health is my priority, it’s also my responsibility I’ve written about how I had to make change and what an impact that had on me & my life & lifestyle. I’ve never looked back. But, it doesn’t mean that I’m immune to illness or pathogens. We can’t control everything. Taking responsibility for our health does mean that we are better able to recover or manage what gets thrown at us. Like everyone I have my good and bad days. I am a person who has allergies & other intolerances. Sometimes they’re really strong & they literally wipe me out. Sometimes I can handle them better. But, I know that if I weren’t as active, strong and healthy these bumps in my road would be a lot harder than they are.
