The Sale of Land Act 1962 (Vic) (SL Act) imposes disclosure obligations on a vendor-developer selling land off-the-plan in Victoria. One requirement is to disclose to a prospective purchaser details of any works affecting the natural surface level of the land. Strict compliance is required, and a breach by the vendor may have serious consequences given that a purchaser has a right to rescind the contract for a breach of the relevant provisions. https://lnkd.in/gAKrWee3 #Property #Conveyancing #LIVPosts #AusLaw #VicLaw #Law #Lawyer
