  Kardinia Energy is honoured to be an Official Partner of The Commonwealth At 75.    Kardinia Energy was invited to be part of the celebrations that will highlight King Charles III’s championing of the UK and the Commonwealth’s values and interests.     This program has a particular focus on innovation and highlighting organisations that are getting involved in the global conversation and doing their part for a sustainable future.     Kardinia Energy will be represented at Westminster Abbey in October to celebrate this program. The Commonwealth at 75 will also mark the appointment of King Charles III as the Head of the Commonwealth – a prominent position on the global stage.   The Commonwealth is a voluntary association of 56 independent countries and is home to 2.5 billion people — almost a third of the world’s population. It spans the six regions of Africa, the Americas, Asia, the Caribbean, Europe and the Pacific. It represents a fifth of the world’s land mass, a quarter of the UN’s membership, and more than a third of its waters are under national jurisdictions. Kardinia Energy's selection and inclusion in these celebrations highlights the unique characteristics of Printed Solar; a fully recyclable, low cost and lightweight source of renewable energy that is consistent with the themes of sustainability and the circular economy.

Last week, we hosted Minister Penny Sharpe at our state-of-the-art printing facility located at the Newcastle Institute for Energy and Resources. During her visit, we walked the Minister through our pilot printing facility, proudly highlighting the potential of our Printed Solar technology. This meeting was an opportunity to underline our unwavering commitment to scaling up renewable energy manufacturing right here in the Hunter Region, Australia. Discussing our vision for a cleaner, sustainable future with policymakers deeply invested in this cause is always welcoming.
