Johns Lyng Group would like to congratulate Mandira Panday on receiving a sole Commendation at the recent 2024 NAWIC VICTORIA Awards for Excellence, for her Project Delivery Award nomination. These awards are a celebration of excellence, innovation, and empowerment within the construction industry. Mandira was nominated for this award in recognition of her role in delivering the October 2022 Flood Recovery Works for Emergency Recovery Victoria, which saw severe flooding, impacting 63 out of Victoria’s 79 councils. With over 10 years’ experience in the construction industry, Mandira coordinated with various engineering consultants, electricians and hygienists to create a surge workforce model which can now be deployed in response to any catastrophic events. Johns Lyng Group would like to thank and congratulate Mandira on this outstanding achievement, and express our appreciation to the Forge Solutions Group who helped support our community in their recovery journey. #NAWICAWARDS #EmergencyManagement #FloodRecovery #WomenInConstruction
