Our team took to the roads of regional NSW, spreading awareness and gathering support for a cause that truly matters.   Over the past weeks, we've had the privilege of meeting many wonderful people across towns and communities. This marks a significant achievement in our commitment to quality and effective fundraising. Our success is a testament to the relentless effort of our team and the strength in our training programs, which ensure meaningful connections between donors. Here's how we accomplished our goals: 1. Focusing our efforts in regions known for having older, financially secure donors. 2. Integrating quality into our morning training and incentivising for superior quality. 3. Ensuring quality training is a priority for all new team members from their first day. 4. Motivating our team to take ownership of their no-show rates and see them as a point of pride. 5. Implementing targeted incentives for fundraisers who engage and secure commitments from older donors, recognising the value and stability they bring. Thanks to our fantastic team for making this possible and our donors' steadfast support. It's through our collective effort that we can make a significant impact.     Gearing to the end of 2023 We wanted to hit 300 new donors for Royal Flying Doctors service! Our teams went to Katoomba and New Castle. We finished off with 311 new donors and couldn't be prouder of our team! With an average gift of $29.6 and average age of 54.5 we had 222 of our donors being over 40 years of age! Our top performer AJ signed up 45 new donors! Well done to our 3 newbies, who are now all promoted! We are very proud of our hard work and team spirit! Well done Lea, Elisabeth and Ryan! 2024 we are ready for you!
