RESULTS ARE IN ON INTERVIEWING PREFERENCES ⬇️ The pandemic fundamentally shifted how we viewed work, leading many organisations to adopt hybrid and flexible work arrangements, along with new interview practices. With many organisations transitioning slow back into office, we asked in a recent survey "Hiring managers preferred interview format working within the flexible and hybrid working environment"— and the results are in! 📈 39% 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐡 𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 📈 31% 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 📈 19% 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥 📈 11% 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐧𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞   These results show that we're gradually seeing more hiring managers and leaders return to in-person interviews. Today is #WorldMentalHealthDay raising awareness of mental health issues around the world.   Today the World Health Organization is uniting with partners to highlight the vital connection between mental health and work.
