We are thrilled to announce we are working with the team at Prosper EX to deliver enhanced experiences for our Harmony educators and support staff! We have launched a new employee engagement platform through Prosper EX, scaling-up our capabilities and bringing innovative solutions to our 20 centres and over 800 dedicated employees. The delivery of this platform marks a significant milestone in our journey to provide exceptional early childhood education experiences and support to our community. Employee Engagement is a strategic pillar for Harmony Early Education, and we are focusing on key areas such as engagement surveys, reward and recognition, performance feedback, and individual development plans. The integration of Prosper EX with our payroll system, Found U, and our Learning Management System, Tribal Habits, provides a seamless experience for our team. A big thank you to Will Moorhouse and the entire Prosper EX team for their support and commitment to excellence. Today, the Harmony HQ team proudly embraced the spirit of R U OK? Day by wearing its signature color and engaging in meaningful conversations. This year’s theme, ‘Ask R U OK? Any Day’, is a powerful reminder that checking in on our colleagues, friends, and family should be an ongoing commitment. At Harmony, we are deeply committed to supporting the mental health of our people. We encourage all our team to reach out and use the support systems available to them, including our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). We have recently introduced Wellbeing Champions into every centre and are dedicated to fostering a safe space where everyone feels comfortable asking for help if they’re not okay. Across all Harmony Centres, our educators and staff recognized R U OK? Day through various activities and pause points.... and an abundance of cupcakes, it seems. But, the conversation doesn’t end here—let's continue to check in, listen, and support each other, every day of the year. #TheHarmonyWay

Thank you to everyone who came to our Harmony Griffin Open Day on Saturday! 🎉 It was such a pleasure to meet and welcome the wonderful families of the Griffin community and see the delight on the children's faces as they explored our learning studios and outdoor playscapes. We were also honoured to welcome Moreton Bay Deputy Mayor, Cr Jodie Shipway, to explore the centre and learn about Harmony's child-led pedagogy and curriculum! A huge well done and thank you to the incredible team who worked tirelessly to bring this centre to life and make the day so special. Your hard work truly shone through! We’re excited to share that the Harmony Early Education network is growing with the addition of Harmony North Lakes! ✨ Formerly known as Play and Learn North Lakes, this acquisition represents a significant step forward in our expansion plans and reinforces our dedication to delivering exceptional early education and care. Situated in the vibrant greater Brisbane community of North Lakes, this centre can accommodate up to 79 children, from six weeks to five years old, offering spacious learning studios and dynamic outdoor playscapes. This centre is well-equipped to deliver a holistic early education program, providing a nurturing space where children can thrive. We wish to extend the warmest of welcomes to the team, children, and families of Play and Learn North Lakes to the Harmony family. This partnership reflects our shared commitment to excellence in early childhood education, and we look forward to creating an inspiring environment for our children and educators.

We are pleased to share that Harmony’s visionary founders, Gabrielle Giufre and Chris Giufre, are stepping back into the heart of our operations as joint Managing Directors. This transition comes as CEO Laurie Begni, departs to pursue a new opportunity in the finance sector, and we wish him all the best in his future endeavours. This change in leadership, coupled with Harmony's ambitious growth plan, is what inspired Chris and Gabrielle’s return, who will bring renewed energy and passion to guide Harmony into the next exciting chapter. Handover plans have been carefully considered to ensure a smooth transition and we are confident these changes will empower us to achieve our future goals while also creating an ideal opportunity to strengthen our connections with our children, families and educators. Harmony has always been a strong family-owned and family-focused business. With 18 centres across Queensland and New South Wales and 3 more due to open in the coming weeks. We remain dedicated to providing elevated early education experiences in our beautifully curated environments that are designed to nurture, protect and grow.
