Hall & Wilcox has been connected to Wurundjeri Country for over 107 years, with our history beginning on these lands and continuing as we begin development of our new Melbourne office at Queen and Collins Street. To honour this connection, we were privileged to have Traditional Custodian Mandy lead a smoking ceremony, a traditional practice to cleanse the site and promote the wellbeing of all who will work here. This ceremony marks the start of a new chapter for our firm in Melbourne as we prepare to move to our new office in early 2025. We’re excited for the opportunities this space will bring to our people and clients. #smokingceremony #newbeginnings

We recently had the pleasure of hosting a group of female students from Merrylands High school at our offices for ABCN’s Focus Program. Over two sessions, our people mentored the students, focusing on building leadership capabilities and confidence. One of the students shared, ‘I'd like to say a huge thank you because the environment felt so safe, calm and comforting. I learnt so much over the last two meetings.’ #mentoring #leadership
