Why did you join Franklin.ai? 🔬 I joined the Harrison Group in March 2020 for what was supposed to be a short 6-week temp role. From day one, I felt the unique energy of the team. I stayed because the company genuinely supports my wellbeing, career growth, invests in my development, and offers the chance to work with incredibly talented and passionate people. The mission we’re on is truly inspiring. Who/what inspired you to pursue the career you have today? 💫 My journey into the people space wasn’t conventional.
