TOP NEWS STORY 🗞️– The logistics community asked to help California Amid efforts to bring the California wildfires under control, the American Logistics Aid Network (ALAN) calls on the logistics industry to offer support over the coming weeks and months but stresses that relief efforts must be coordinated. “We’ll need a lot of support in the coming days, weeks and months,” says executive director Kathy Fulton. “And the more advance information we have about available resources, the more quickly we’ll be able to fulfil requests for assistance and get survivors the help they need.” Those interested in reaching out should go to ALAN’s Disaster Micro-Site, which will list all requests for fire relief assistance. 🔸Full story on the Forkliftaction website: 'Helping out California'
