The South Australian Corporate Golf Day was held last Friday (1 November). Great weather greeted 80-plus players from across the facility management field. Hosted at North Adelaide Golf Course, it was a chance for professionals to engage with their teams and one another in a convivially competitive environment. Played in good spirits, plenty of connections were established and camaraderie built across the 18-holes and into the evening's dinner and networking session. The day was also held in support of longtime FMA charity ally The Kids' Cancer Project with the day contributing a significant contribution from the day's teams and sponsors. We would like to thank Putting Green Sponsor CMA Electrical and Data, Refreshment Cart Sponsor ServiceFM, 19th Hole Beverage Sponsor AWB Co, and Hole Sponsors Air Con Serve, Roadside Services and Solutions, and Zip Water for their support. If you were unable to get to the golf day or did attend and would like another opportunity to engage with the local FM community, FMA will be hosting an afternoon round of lawn bowls on Friday 6 December. This session will follow the annual, state General Meeting.
