There are three major differences for these elections compared to the local government elections earlier in the year: • Vote anywhere: You can cast your vote at any polling place within Queensland, no matter where you live! • Extended early voting: Opening hours have been extended to 8am – 6pm for the entire 2-week early voting period on weekdays from Monday 14 to Friday 25 October! • Full preferential voting: Make sure you number every box on your ballot paper, in your order of preference, to make your vote count!
