The future is imminent with technology, artificial intelligence and robotics creating exponential change in the lives of every one of us in a myriad of ways. Our mission is to support this change by maximising human potential. At the highest level, we're passionate about helping to build an inclusive universe where humanity meets technology and mindsets that embrace AI and eventually bring Earth to Mars. We help people on 2 levels: • Macro Level (one-to-many) - Providing change management services and returns to force-for-good businesses who are consciously committed to their people, their customers, their community and the world at large. • Micro Level (one-to-one) - Mindset coaching for individuals who are committed to achieving significant breakthroughs in their personal and professional lives, so that they can achieve their goals and make a difference. By doing this, we hope to create a conscious and human-centric movement so that everybody can find their place, now and in the future, so we can make history.     Why does the weekend feel so short and the workweek so long?  It might not just be in your head. You feel like you're dragging yourself back to the working week after a two-day break. It feels like a tiring chore — all the more so if you’re unhappy in your job.  And for some people, the start of the week is more than a minor irritation. It can be a trigger for a significant decline in mood. This is the Sunday-Monday Syndrome. It's the psychological and emotional reactions employees experience as they shift from the weekend to the workweek.  This syndrome often shows up as anxiety, stress, or hesitation to return to work. At this year's ACDC Conference, Andrew Butow shared how playful persuasion techniques through gamification can be an effective strategy for organisations to combat the Sunday-Monday Syndrome by making the work environment more engaging, motivating, and enjoyable.  So, how do you turn Monday into a win? By adding game-like elements into your workplace, you can make the workweek more engaging and enjoyable.  Here’s how: ★ Points and Badges: Celebrate small wins.  ★ Leaderboards: Spark some friendly competition.  ★ Quests or Challenges: Turn tasks into adventures.  ★ Virtual Rewards: Make it worth their while.
