🚧 Subi East’s 1909 Precinct Sets the Stage for Future Development Opportunities 🌿 Western Australian contractor RJ Vincent has been awarded the contract to deliver essential civil and landscaping works at Subi East’s 1909 precinct – the former Princess Margaret Hospital site. With works having commenced in mid-September, this will establish the infrastructure backbone for up to 1,000 new dwellings across 6 development sites. The project scope includes the construction and connection of services and critical infrastructure such as new roads and footpaths that will enhance connectivity and unlock the site’s full potential for future development. This marks a major milestone in the site’s transformation and positions it as a premier development opportunity. 🏗️ Developers and industry leaders will be particularly interested in the precinct’s masterplan, which integrates new green spaces, heritage elements, and contemporary urban design to deliver a highly sought-after residential address on the edge of the CBD.
