🥈 Lewin Reserve Pavilion in Glen Iris has scored silver in the Melbourne Design Awards 2024 – ‘Architecture – Public and Institutional’ category! 🤝 A joint effort between architect Kennedy Nolan and council officers – the pavilion design cleverly accommodates the flood-prone area while minimising visual impact to neighbours. 🏃♀️ The new pavilion, completed in December 2023, now serves as a top-notch facility for local sporting clubs and the wider community. 🎉 Congratulations to all involved in this project!
