    I love to partner up with top talent that I ‘click’ with. I effectively work as an agent for them. Based on their creative skills and experience, we work together to find the sort of work that makes them happy, in a team that shares the same values as they do. This is great for clients too, of course, who know they have an advocate for them who recognise the sort of talent they might be interested in. There's nothing better then knowing you got the match right and both parties go on to do great work together... happily ever after... Let's be real. I’m a match-making fairy. That's what I am. I’d love to find the time to do this for every candidate I meet but it’s just not possible, I can’t find enough hours in the day. But, I do try my best to keep up with the messages that come through from those that reach out. Sincere apologies to anyone I haven’t got back to yet. I’ll get there!
