Today is International Women's Day! This week at our Bapcor Retail Support Office, we collectively came together over lunch to honour and celebrate the incredible contributions of all the women who help drive the heartbeat of our company.   At Bapcor Retail, we extend our heartfelt appreciation to each and every individual woman helping shape the essence of our organisation and making us ‘Better than Before’.   Without the determination, collaboration, and power of these women, Bapcor wouldn't be what it is today.   On International Women's Day in 2024 and beyond, we are committed to continuing our journey to #InspireInclusion. This year's theme emphasises the crucial role of inclusion in achieving gender equality. Last week we were lucky enough to hold our Bapcor Retail Conference & Trade Show for 2023. Over the course of the week there were over 350 people who attended which included Autobarn & Autopro Store Managers & Franchisees and Bapcor Retail support office team members. Special thanks to more than 50 of our trusted suppliers partners including our platinum sponsors Nulon & Sony. During the week we held workshops which were centred around culture, engagement, leadership development & team building. We also participated in a number of activities including building cardboard F1 race cars, escape rooms at Hijinx Hotel, diving with sharks at SeaWorld, Whale watching and Jet boat experiences among plenty of other things. Shout out to our design team as our latest work for Bapcor hits the road! 🚘 Taking our cue from great Aussie highways and outback road signs, we named and designed an iconic brand look for a new range of 4WD protection products.
