We had an absolute blast hosting our signature Banana Life Game Show at the Suncorp Group 2024 Elevate Gala! 🎉 With 120 top Customer Service performers and leaders from all over Australia gathered at Suncorp HQ, we kicked things off with our high-energy Game Show to break the ice, spark laughter, and get everyone connecting. Watching frontline agents, leaders, and the Customer Service Leadership Team compete and collaborate was incredible—especially since many of them were meeting for the first time! Thank you to the fantastic team at The Lottery Corporation for inviting us to bring the Banana Life Game Show to their team day! 🎉 With a focus on fun, laughter, and team connection, we sent one of our best hosts to bring the excitement and make it a memorable experience. The Banana Life Game Show is all about blending entertainment with team-building—creating moments where colleagues can let loose, show off their knowledge (and maybe a few hidden talents!), and build stronger connections. It was a blast watching everyone dive into the games and enjoy some good old-fashioned team bonding.

When the folks at Richardson & Wrench Caboolture asked us to help them put together their final quarterly event of the year we were more than happy to help out. We were told that as an office of 20 staff, they are very competitive and love a challenge. The goal was to have fun, 'switch off' for the afternoon and work together as a team. We put our heads together and came back with a Bike Build with additional challenges and missions. Have a look at what they had to say about their event. Apprentice Hustle with McNab: Building Skills and Connections! 🔨 We were thrilled to partner with McNab for their Banana Life Hustle—a special Apprentice Day for 30 of their talented apprentices from Toowoomba, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, and Gold Coast. From carpentry to painting and even waterproofing, this diverse group came together in Southbank to not only compete in some epic team-building challenges but also to network, learn, and grow—both personally and professionally. Each team gave it their all, showing off grit, determination, and a whole lot of heart. Days like this are what we’re all about—building connections and creating opportunities for growth, all while having a blast! 🎉 Huge shoutout to Mcnab’s crew for making this day unforgettable!
