The Auburn Hotel has been serving Melbournians in Hawthorn East for 135 years and last week our team revealed its newest additions... The local institution now has an extended beer garden with kids play area and a brand new atrium-style drinking and dining hub in the converted site next-door. The transformed space — coined 'The Pavilion' — was once home to horse stables and later a motorworks garage. It now offers a retractable roof, woodfired pizza oven, a feature fireplace, and more.
