Last week, one of our members of the Executive Leadership Team, King Tam, had the privilege of visiting the Audika clinic in Gregory Hills (NSW) and spent the day with Jasmin Hu, the clinician, and Marisol, our lovely clinic coordinator. King experienced a day in the life of our skilled clinic staff, observing Marisol assist clients, conduct confirmation calls, and had the chance to try repairing a mock-up hearing device under the guidance our National Clinic Coordinator Training Manager - Lauren McNee. “It was a wonderful opportunity to visit Audika Gregory Hills and experience the vital role our clinicians and clinic coordinators play in helping more people hear better.
