Wentworth Point’s development plan is transforming the area’s historic industrial areas into a thriving and highly liveable waterfront neighbourhood. Hill Road is a masterplanned residential site with 300 units overlooking the iconic Parramatta River. Two Vortceptor GPTs (Gross Pollutant Traps) will meet water quality requirements across the site, with the closest of these units just 30 metres away from the riverside. These SQIDEP-verified devices will capture bottles, debris, rubbish, and sediment to prevent their conveyance to nearby waterways. Locally manufactured at our fibreglass manufacturing facilities - the Vortceptor features modular design, 100-year design life, and high-performance pollution removal capabilities. #AtlanStormwater #WentworthPoint #Vortceptor #GPT #JoyInWaterMagazine

Stormwater maintenance is vital for high-risk sites such as service stations, transformer yards and re-fuelling areas - with on-site stormwater assets, such as the Spillceptor, providing full retention for hydrocarbons and guaranteed spill capture capabilities. A routine maintenance schedule ensures these devices are operating optimally, and allows maintenance technicians to provide detailed, thorough reporting on system conditions to meet requirements for site audits and incident reporting - and provide services such as suck outs, coalescer cleans, and safety checks. Our maintenance team specialise in stormwater maintenance, and are trained to work in confined spaces on these vital pollution removal assets - Atlan's team are available Australia-wide to help you ensure your fuel site assets are compliant and maintained. #AtlanStormwater #maintenance #stormwater #service #safety

A 36,000 litre AtlanVault installation with treatment provided by our SQIDEP-verified AtlanFilter and Stormsack will support stormwater outcomes on this upcoming warehouse development in Bayswater, Victoria. Meeting requirements for a condensed footprint, the AtlanVault is a precast, modular system that expedites project timeline compared to cast-in-situ alternatives. With the ability to house the AtlanFilter in an internal filter bay, the design met the challenging constraints of the site by incorporating treatment assets and detention in a compact configuration - with at-source gross pollutant capture provided by five StormSacks across the site. #AtlaninAction #BayswaterVictoria #WSUD #GPT #OSD #stormwaterdetention #stormwatertreatment

Leading research by the CSIRO & University of Toronto have estimated up to 11 million tonnes of plastic pollution is accumulating in our ocean depths - in areas they call deep-sea reservoirs. This study exemplifies the reasons stormwater treatment is vital to preserving our marine environments - with 46% of this plastic pollution clustered around the major continents. Removing this pollution in our urban catchments is vital to stopping the conveyance of urban pollutants to our waterways, and ultimately, our oceans and seas. #AtlanStormwater #JoyInWaterMagazine #stormwatertreatment #marineenvironments #plasticpollution

The Victorian Big Battery is an iconic infrastructure project that helps secure the state's power supply - providing capacity to store enough reserve power to serve over 1 million homes for half an hour. The Spillceptor is a full retention oil and water separator, perfectly suited to containing hydrocarbon spills in the Big Battery's transformer yard. In high-risk applications, it provides emergency retention capabilities that ensure oil spills are safely contained. With 100-year fibreglass design life, and 60,000 litre spill capacity, the Spillceptor is a generational asset that will protect this prestigious site and its surrounding environments for many years to come. #AtlanStormwater #fullretentionseparator #hydrocarbonmanagement #generationalasset

We welcome StormSack to our SQIDEP verified range - joining the Vortceptor, FlowFilter, AtlanBasin, FlowGuard, and the half-height and full-height AtlanFilter. The StormSack is an at-source GPT system that provides low-impact treatment options for stormwater drainage applications. A versatile primary treatment device, it can be integrated in stormwater treatment trains with a wide range of Atlan assets or industry-wide devices. The StormSack's pollution removal efficiencies are rated as 45% Total Suspended Solids (TSS), 47% Total Phosphorus (TP), 25% Total Nitrogen (TN), and 100% Gross Pollutants. Additionally, our collaborative research has demonstrated the device's ability to capture microplastics. Flow rates are now verified with improved performance, and our design team is available to help reflect these in your project designs. #StormSack #SQIDEP #StormwaterAustralia #stormwatertreatment #stormwaterdevices
