Having worked at David Jones, Melda modeled this beautiful dollhouse after the department store. She generously donated this masterpiece to Jean Ross House for everyone to enjoy. Congratulations Anglicare New England North West! Their Carefinder program won the "Patients First Award" at the 2024 Primary Care Quality and Innovation Award. Anglicare established Carefinder in 2022, with funding from the Primary Health Network. The program helps remote and regional older people who might otherwise fall through the cracks, helping them access aged care, health services and social supports. In 12 months, the Carefinder service has connected with 300 older people considered “hard to reach” or who felt “unseen and unheard.” “The award is an absolute testament to the amazing Carefinder team, led by Michelle Patch and Sarah Atkinson,” said Claire Dunlop (Head of Region, New England North West). “Well done Danelle, Kylee, Barb, Rose, Karen, Margo, Janet and Robert – I couldn’t be more proud of you all!” Winners received a $2,000 Professional Development grant to build capacity in the primary care workforce. #anglicaresydney Hunter New England and Central Coast PHN Claire Dunlop

Anglicare Sydney's Gordon Quarter has won the UDIA Award for Excellence in Retirement Living 2024 🎉 The village in Sydney's Lower North Shore was designed to complement the historic buildings.
