After nearly a decade of dedicated service, we're bidding a fond farewell to Jim Fallon as he embarks on a well-deserved retirement. Jim's commitment to educating and inspiring the next generation has been a hallmark of his time at AGA. His kindness, work ethic and positive spirit have left an indelible mark on our team. While not all of us at AGA may have had the chance to work directly with Jim, his impact has been felt across our organisation. We wish him all the best in this exciting new chapter of his life. We had an incredible day working alongside our Apprentices and the fantastic team at MRP Wired Solutions, putting our skills to good use for a great cause! Our commitment goes beyond teaching valuable trades, we're also dedicated to giving back to the community. Our Apprentices assembled bikes for Variety - the Children's Charity Victoria , a charity that supports underprivileged children. This effort was about more than just assembling bikes, it was about positively impacting the lives of children who need our support the most. A huge thanks to MRP Wired Solutions for their hospitality and for making this initiative possible. Since 2010, we've been a key supporter of the TAC L2P Learner Driver Program. By donating cars, we help young Victorians who lack access to a vehicle or a supervising driver get the 120 hours of driving practice they need for their probationary licences. This support not only helps them become safe, confident drivers but also moves them closer to independence. Our commitment extends beyond transportation — it's about fostering independence and opening doors to new opportunities. Proudly part of IntoWork Australia
